据悉，本次交易的完成取决于惯例成交条件的满足或豁免，包括获得相关监管机构的批准以及 Bakkt 股东的批准。
此外，Bakkt 还宣布计划于 2026 年 1 月 22 日起将公司名称更改为 “Bakkt, Inc.”，更名后其股票交易代码不变。
