【大河财立方消息】1月12日，豪威集成电路（集团）股份有限公司（证券简称：豪威集团）登陆港交所，开盘涨3.05%，截至发稿涨4.96％，报110港元/股，总市值超1800亿港元。

　　豪威集团此次香港公开发售获9.28倍认购，每股发售价104.8港元，通过发行股票筹集48亿港元。该股在上市前的周五暗盘市场中一度上涨43%，香港发行价较A股同日收盘价折让29%。

　　豪威集团是国内知名半导体设计公司，致力于提供传感器解决方案、模拟解决方案和显示解决方案。豪威集团2025年前三季度实现营业收入217.83亿元，同比增长15.20%，实现归属于上市公司股东净利润32.10亿元，同比增长35.15％。
