智通财经APP讯，易居企业控股(02048)发布公告，公司因境外债务持有人对重组的大力支持而备受鼓舞，并欣然宣布，截至2026年1月9日下午五时正(香港时间)，占境外债务未偿还本金总额约69.55%的境外债务持有人已加入及╱或已同意并正采取措施加入重组支持协议。该等境外债务持有人须受重组支持协议的约束，犹如彼等在有效签署及提交其各自的加入函及受限制票据通知后以同意债权人身份为该协议的原有订约方。
为便于票据持有人审议重组计划并完成加入流程，公司谨此宣布，公司已即时将重组支持协议截止期限由2026年1月9日下午四时正(伦敦时间)延长至2026年1月30日下午四时正(伦敦时间)。
