格隆汇1月12日丨怡球资源(601388.SH)公布，公司的全资子公司Metalico,Inc(简称“M公司”)深耕于资源再生领域的技术创新和产业升级，核心聚焦两大板块：汽车专业化拆解和金属废料的高值化回收。公司通过精细化、智能化的拆解技术，从报废车辆及各类废料中，精选出可再次售卖的二手汽车零配件，同时精准提取高品质再生钢铁、有色金属以及部分贵金属。 M公司所有经营及生产活动均位于美国境内，下游销售市场亦高度聚焦美国本土。公司已在美国东部五大州建立了二十余个回收网点，形成了区域性的回收网络与处理能力。 为进一步拓展原材料回收的辐射半径、强化规模效应，并巩固公司在金属回收与汽车拆解领域的长期核心竞争力，M公司近日与 SA RECYCLING LLC (简称“SA公司”)和SA公司控股子公司 PSC METALS,LLC(简称“PSC公司”)签订了《资产购买协议》，根据协议，M公司以约2,460万人民币的交易对价购买SA公司和PSC公司的与废旧金属回收业务相关的资产(简称“标的资产”)，包括土地、厂房、生产设备、合同权利等。
