Nam Lee Pressed Metal Industries' (SGX:G0I) chairman and executive director, Joanna Yong Li Yuen, was removed from the position, effective Jan. 9, via ordinary resolution at the company's extraordinary general meeting, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were down nearly 1% in Monday trading.
Yuen was responsible for the management and oversight of business development, the filing added.
