信安资金管理首席全球策略师Seema Shah表示，继12月份美国失业率意外下降后，美联储1月份降息的可能性已基本消失。她补充说，仍然很难断言劳动力市场正在崩溃且急需货币政策支持。她说，鉴于就业人数增长的三个月移动平均值目前处于负值区间，美国经济可能需要美联储提供额外的支持，只是并非立即需要。
