1月15日，北京市发改委举行一季度“开门红”政策举措新闻发布会。会上，市发改委投资处处长王丹丽介绍，2026年，北京继续实施“3个100”市重点工程，300项市重点工程项目总投资超1.4万亿元，2026年计划完成投资约3128亿元，支撑全市投资三成以上。

“3个100”市重点工程中，包括：清华南口国重基地二三期、赛诺菲生物制剂原料药产业化项目、首钢园服贸会永久会址核心区改造等100个重大科技创新及现代化产业项目；市郊铁路东北环线、京雄高速市内接线、西峰山水库等100个重大基础设施项目；北京工业大学房山新校区、安定医院大兴院区、北京艺术博物馆等100个重大民生改善项目。

300个项目中安排180个续建项目、120个新建项目，社会投资项目投资额占比不低于70%。同时，将预计于后续年度实施的200个重大项目列入前期推进项目，力争推动一批项目提前至2026年开工。

王丹丽说，今年北京将坚持以科技创新引领新质生产力发展，加快推动现代化产业锻长板育新机；优结构强功能促融合提韧性，加快推动现代化基础设施补短板提质效；投资于物与投资于人紧密结合，加快推动民生保障优布局扩供给；城乡区域协调发展，加快推动重点区域塑功能优品质；以改革创新为根本动力，加快推动民间投资强动能增活力。
