消息面上，1月14日，上海市经济和信息化委员会、上海市交通委员会、上海市公安局印发《上海高级别自动驾驶引领区 “模速智行”行动计划》，其中提出，按照“模型驱动引领、应用示范带动、产业协同发展、政策举措支撑”的总体思路，推动自动驾驶技术创新向产业竞争力加速转化。《行动计划》从三个方面提出9项重点任务，其中包括，有序推动无人驾驶装备应用落地、完善自动驾驶数据监测平台、有序扩大自动驾驶开放区域、实施关键技术攻关工程、打造世界级汽车产业集群等。
值得一提的是，去年年底，中美在高阶自动驾驶上分别迈出关键一步，标志L3/L4商业化进入实质推进阶段。2025年12月15日，我国工信部在第401批公告中，附条件许可中国首批L3级有条件自动驾驶量产车型准入；美国奥斯汀街头出现运行Unsupervised FSD的特斯拉 Model Y Robotaxi。前不久，英伟达发布自动驾驶模型平台，Robotaxi产业化持续推进。国信证券称，政策+技术+成本催化下，L4预计在2026年迎元年时刻。
