智通财经APP讯，中国口腔产业(08406)发布公告，于2026年1月12日，本公司间接全资附属公司中国数字健康集团有限公司与博惠生技股份有限公司订立谅解备忘录，以开展策略合作，以加强双方的业务。根据谅解备忘录，双方拟成立合资公司，组成具有相关资质的医疗团队和生物科技团队，共同推动大湾区医院的临床治疗业务。
博惠是台湾一家拥有先进细胞治疗技术、癌症免疫细胞治疗平台及临床实施能力的生物科技公司。
董事会认为，订立谅解备忘录标志着本集团进军医疗生物科技领域进入新阶段，并为本集团寻求多元化业务发展的机会。透过与博惠的策略合作，本集团将能发挥其在大湾区的人脉关系，拓宽收入基础，提升整体竞争力。鉴于上述理由及裨益，董事会认为订立谅解备忘录符合本公司及其股东的整体利益。
