智通财经APP讯，力高集团(01622)发布公告，2026年1月16日，力高地产集团有限公司(本公司，连同其附属公司统称“本集团”)(代表本集团成员公司)与力高健康(本集团拥有 75%权益的附属公司)订立债务清偿框架协议，订约双方有条件同意，本集团应将资产出售予力高健康(资产转让)，总代价为人民币1.59亿元。
本集团应收的资产转让代价应以等额基准抵销未偿还可煺还保证金约人民币 6800万元及本集团应付力高健康集团的服务费总额最高达人民币1.59亿元，故此力高健康集团不会就资产转让向本集团支付任何现金。
