智通财经APP获悉，丽新发展(00488)涨超12%，截至发稿，涨12.28%，报0.64港元，成交额1470.95万港元。
消息面上，丽新国际(00191)及丽新发展(00488)联合公布，于2026年1月12日，卖方(丽新发展的间接全资附属公司及丽新制衣的间接非全资附属公司与买方订立协议，卖方已有条件同意出售、出让、转让及交付；而买方已有条件同意购买及收购卖方于合伙公司(New Vision Fund, L.P)有限合伙权益的所有权利、所有权及权益，购买价为 1463.54万美元(相等于约1.14亿港元)。
鉴于：因相关投资的性质以致有限合伙权益之流动性较为不足；及该等相关投资的波动性较高，从而导致有限合伙权益未来可能产生的收益难以预测，丽新制衣董事会及丽新发展董事会认为，出售事项为丽新发展集团提供退出相关投资的良机，可将投资变现并强化丽新发展集团的现金流量与改善其流动性状况。
现金流入将使丽新制衣集团及丽新发展集团既得以重新配置更多财务资源于丽新制衣集团及丽新发展集团的资本结构优化及/或一般公司用途，同时又提升丽新制衣及丽新发展整体的现金流量及财务状况。
