智通财经APP获悉，百德国际(02668)近期遭资金爆炒，近三周累计涨幅已超250%。截至发稿，涨6.56%，报0.325港元，成交额445.52万港元。
公开资料显示，百德国际主要业务为供应链业务、酒店管理及餐饮服务、物业投资及其他业务。业绩显示，25年上半年集团铁矿石开采及选矿采矿业务面临下行压力。此外，钢材存货增加及严格减排措施皆对铁矿石需求构成负面影响，从而影响集团铁矿石业务的业绩。
值得注意的是，百德国际近期发布公告称，子公司终审败诉需偿还本息近3亿元，公司承担连带责任。鉴于民事判决书的颁布，集团将继续寻求法律意见及探索任何可行选择。集团管理层同时正与银行进行磋商，期望就因违约所产生的相关问题达成友好解决，包括但不限于还款安排及其他可能的替代方案。
