中访网数据 中诚信国际信用评级有限责任公司于2026年1月12日发布评级报告，评定广发证券股份有限公司主体信用等级为AAA，评级展望为稳定；同时评定其拟发行的“2026年面向专业投资者公开发行次级债券(第一期)”信用等级为AAA。本期债券发行规模不超过人民币33.9亿元，期限3年，募集资金拟用于偿还有息债务。报告指出，广发证券多项主要经营指标连续多年位居行业前列，综合竞争实力强，财富管理转型成效显著，业务牌照齐全且发展均衡。同时，评级也关注到行业竞争加剧、盈利稳定性受市场波动影响、投行业务恢复成效待持续检验以及业务发展对风险管理提出更高要求等因素。报告认为，公司股东吉林敖东、辽宁成大和中山公用长期稳定的股权结构为公司提供了支持，但需关注辽宁成大授权管理层出售部分广发证券股权可能对公司治理稳定性产生的影响。截至2025年9月末，广发证券总资产达9,534.36亿元，2025年前三季度实现净利润118.78亿元，同比增长58.43%。
