智通财经APP获悉，2026年1月14日，药明康德(603259.SH,02359)在第44届摩根大通医疗健康大会(JPM大会)上公布了其GLP-1类药物管线的最新进展。公司表示，目前公司正为24种GLP-1药物提供支持。
根据药明康德所披露的数据显示，截至目前，公司正在研发24款GLP-1药物，涵盖小分子与多肽两类技术路径。其中，已有15款进入二期及三期临床试验阶段，基于管线进展，公司有望占据全球GLP-1相关市场约25%的份额。
持续多年GLP-1类药物短缺或许暴露出核心药品供应链存在不足，这些药物的需求呈现指数级增长，实属历史罕见。有的医药企业在面临短缺情形时，在充分调动内部资源的同时，高效外包给精选的外部合作伙伴，通过灵活且不断扩张的生产方式成功克服了困境。而作为全球核心药物供应链中的重要参与者，药明康德强调其产能建设已提前布局。公司近期已完成10万升固相合成反应釜的建设，旨在强化大规模生产能力，支持合作伙伴和临床的迫切需求。
随着GLP-1药物的可及性逐步提升，肥胖及相关代谢疾病的治疗格局预计将进一步重塑，一场“治疗革命”或许才刚刚拉开序幕。
