新浪科技讯 1月15日上午消息，BOSS直聘发布《“最佳招聘官”2025年度报告》。“最佳招聘官”是BOSS直聘面向招聘者推出的月度评选活动，综合考量招聘者在与求职者沟通过程中的招聘文明度、对话友好度、面试专业度与沟通积极度等表现。每月各城市排名前列的招聘者可获得该荣誉称号，意味着招聘者专业能力更为突出，沟通体验更受求职者认可。

　　报告披露，2025年共有21.9万家企业的招聘者关注并参与“最佳招聘官”评选活动，其中近四成的企业实现招聘者全员参与，超过六成企业有半数及以上招聘者参与，参与规模同比上一年增长。从企业结构看，参与主体仍以中小企业为主，但大型企业的参与热度较2024年有明显提升，开始出现主动参与、团队化参与2025年，获得3次以上“最佳招聘官”荣誉的用户已达到7.8万人。

　　从2025年的整体趋势来看，人才密集度越高的行业，“最佳招聘官”的渗透率越高。报告披露，电子商务、互联网、批发/零售位列行业分布前三，合计占比超过23%，反映出这些行业对高效人才连接能力的高度依赖，以及在招聘专业化上的持续投入。

　　在城市层面，这一特征同样明显。就业市场成熟度高、人才流动性强、求职者对招聘质量更为敏感的城市，更容易形成优质招聘者的集聚效应。“最佳招聘官”主要分布在一线城市及部分新一线城市，其中22.1%集中在北京、上海、广州、深圳。
