智通财经APP讯，STERLING GP(01825)发布公告，公司建议实施以下涉及股份合并、股本削减及股份拆细的股本重组以及变更每手买卖单位：董事会建议进行股份合并，基准为每10股每股面值0.04港元的已发行及未发行股份合并为1股每股面值0.40港元的合并股份。
董事会建议紧随股份合并生效后，将实施股本削减及股份拆细，据此：(i)公司的已发行股本将透过注销缴足股本予以削减，减幅为每股当时已发行合并股份0.39港元，以致每股已发行合并股份的面值将由0.40港元减至0.01港元;(ii)紧随股本削减后，每股面值0.40港元的法定但未发行合并股份将拆细为40股每股面值0.01港元的新股份。
于本公告日期，股份以每手2500股股份于联交所买卖。于股本重组生效后，新股份每手买卖单位由2500股股份变更为2000股新股份。
