Amaero International (ASX:3DA) lowered its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance to a range of AU$18 million to AU$20 million from its prior forecast of AU$30 million to AU$35 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The revision is due to timing delays in contract awards, revenue recognition associated with extended US government funding uncertainty, and a temporary federal government shutdown, the filing said.
The company expects December 2025 quarter revenue of about AU$3.1 million, up 390% from the prior corresponding period, the filing added.
It also expects fiscal first half revenue of about AU$7.7 million, up 366% from the prior corresponding period, the company said.
The company secured contracted revenue of AU$9.7 million for the second half of the fiscal year.
