** Jefferies upbeat on Australia's Ramsay Health Care RHC.AX as it raises its FY27 earnings per share forecast by 1.5%
** Brokerage also positive on the hospital operator buying National Capital Private Hospital in Australian Capital Terrtory $(ACT)$
** Says ACT has one of the highest rates of private health insurance coverage in Australia, reflecting high incomes for RHC
** Rates stock "hold," hikes PT to A$35 from A$34.5 apiece
** One of 13 analysts rate the stock "buy" or higher and 12 "hold"; their median PT is A$36 – LSEG
** Stock was almost flat in 2025
