智通财经APP讯，康龙化成(03759)发布公告，于2026年1月14日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，各配售代理各自同意(而非共同，亦非共同及个别)出任公司代理，并尽力促使承配人按配售协议所载的条款及条件，以每股配售股份的配售价格认购总计5844.08万股新H股。配售股份数目占紧接完成后经发行配售股份扩大后的已发行H股总数及已发行股份总数分别约16.57%和3.19%。配售价每股配售股份港币22.82元较2026年1月14日香港联交所所报收市价每股H股港币24.94元折价约8.50%。
假设所有配售股份获全数认购，配售所得款项总额预期约为13.34亿港元。配售所得款项净额预期约为13.19亿港元(每股配售股份的净价将约为22.56港元)，并将按以下方式动用：约70%将用于公司的项目建设，以加强公司实验室服务设施、药物工艺开发及生产设施的能力及产能;约10%将用于偿还银行贷款及其他借款，以优化公司的资本结构;及约20%将用于补充营运资金及作其他一般公司用途。
