BlockBeats 消息，1 月 15 日，今日迅雷（Nasdaq：XNET）重启对前 CEO 陈磊及其核心团队的诉讼，指控其侵害公司利益，追索金额高达 2 亿元，目前该案已被中国广东深圳相关法院受理立案。迅雷曾在 2020 年 9 月发布公告，指责迅雷前 CEO 陈磊涉嫌挪用公司数千万元资金炒币、安排亲属在公司内部编造合同套取公司资金，而陈磊早已在 2020 年 4 月与情人出境。
