【大河财立方消息】1月13日消息，河南金融监管局日前批复，核准周锋中原银行股份有限公司董事、副董事长的任职资格。

　　此前，周锋已获批担任中原银行行长。

　　简历显示，周锋出生于1977年1月，中国国籍，博士研究生学历。

　　1998年7月，周锋取得湖南财经学院计算机与应用专业学士学位，2000年6月又取得湖南大学统计学硕士学位，2003年6月取得华中科技大学管理科学与工程专业博士学位。

　　周锋自2024年5月至2025年9月，任河南省人民政府副秘书长；自2022年4月至2024年5月，任河南省濮阳市副市长；自2005年8月至2022年4月，在原中国银行保险监督管理委员会河南监管局工作（期间：自2017年11月至2022年1月，挂职西藏自治区财政厅厅长助理）；自2003年8月至2005年8月，在深圳证券交易所（复旦大学）博士后工作站任职。
