陈永祐先生(陈先生)及陆东全先生(陆先生)于2026年1月29日(星期四)下午三时正举行的股东周年大会结束后退任，陈先生将不再担任独立非执行董事、薪酬委员会主席以及本公司审核委员会及提名委员会各自的成员，而陆先生将不再担任独立非执行董事、提名委员会主席以及审核委员会及薪酬委员会各自的成员。
刘女士将获委任为提名委员会主席以及审核委员会及薪酬委员会各自的成员，自2026年1月30日起生效，而钱先生将获委任为薪酬委员会主席以及审核委员会及提名委员会各自的成员，自2026年1月30日起生效。
