鉴于法院令及其他相关考量因素，公司认为股东特别大会延期至2026年2月20日后的特定日期举行属合理。公司目前正就法院令及后续适当步骤寻求法律意见。随着事项进展，公司将提供进一步更新资料。公司已向联交所申请股份自2026年1月16日上午九时正起恢复在联交所买卖。
