消息面上，声通科技宣布，拟发行673万股认购股份，每股价格为46.3港元，较上一交易日收盘价折让约19.90%。此次认购所得净额约3.11亿港元，约50%将用于研发投入，以增强公司的技术能力及提升产品创新水平，约50%将用于营运资金及一般企业用途。声通科技是一家中国信息技术解决方案提供商，依托融合通信技术、核心交互式人工智能技术与自主可控的产品引擎，为企业提供一站式企业级智能交互体验。
