智通财经APP讯，青建国际(01240)公布，该集团近期获授四份香港建筑工程合约，该等合约中四份总合约额预计约为17.9亿港元(包括或有款项)。
该等合约包括：(i)香港理工大学于2025年9月18日就香港理工大学M座外墙安全改善工程向公司的间接全资附属公司授出一份主要合约;(ii)市区重建局于 2025年11月 3日就香港上环德辅道中323号的西港城改善工程向公司的间接全资附属公司授出一份主要合约;(iii)香港房屋委员会于2025年11月24日就位于南区薄扶林鸡笼湾南公营房屋发展项目建造工程向公司的间接全资附属公司授出一份主要合约;及香港城市大学于2025年5月6日就九龙塘达康路学生宿舍的地基、挖掘及横向承托、地盘平整及相关工程向公司另一间间接全资附属公司授出一份主要合约。
