高盛去年第四季度重回华尔街股票资本市场收入排行榜榜首。今年料为IPO活动爆发之年，各大银行摩拳擦掌，欲从中分一杯羹。高盛公布2025年最后三个月的股票承销收入为5.21亿美元，超过摩根士丹利同期的4.94亿美元，以及摩根大通的4.16亿美元。数据显示，股票资本市场活动连续第四年增长，IPO、股票发行和可转换债券合计规模达到8418亿美元。不过，这仍然仅略高于2021年创纪录融资金额的一半。高盛首席执行官David Solomon表示，这一纪录短期内不太可能被打破。 Solomon在财报电话会议上对分析师表示：“我估计到2026年，股票资本市场水平仍将远低于2021年的峰值，但会高于2025年。”
