21智讯1月13日电，米格国际控股（01247.HK）公告，其间接全资附属公司红孩儿集团(香港)有限公司拟以7570万元人民币向福建泉州朗曜达投资有限公司出售泉州红隅科创产业发展有限公司的全部股权权益。本次交易构成关连交易，须经独立股东批准。目标公司主要资产为位于福建省晋江市的一处工业园区物业。基于市场法估值并经公平磋商，交易代价定为7570万元人民币，预计集团将录得约4020万元人民币的收益。交易完成后，集团综合资产净值预计增加约3930万元人民币，所得款项净额约7470万元人民币将用于拓展服装业务、发展东南亚供应链管理及补充营运资金。交易尚需满足多项先决条件，包括买卖双方取得必要授权及获得独立股东批准，最终截止日期为2026年6月2日。
