Jingrui Ordered to be Wound Up by Hong Kong High Court

Jingrui (HKG:1862) said it received a winding up order from the High Court of Hong Kong, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
Trading in the firm's shares were suspended in view of the order.
The property company had been slapped with a winding-up petition by China CITIC Financial AMC International in October 2024 over alleged indebtedness.
