紧接家族信托解散前，家族信托(由East Asia International Trustees Limited(EAIT)担任家族信托的受托人)透过其直接全资附属公司Yate Enterprises Limited及New Huge Treasure Investments Limited于本公司股份中拥有权益，其中New Huge Treasure Investments Limited直接持有本公司1.8亿股已发行股份，占本公司已发行股份约48.99%。

本公司已获唐女士告知，于家族信托解散后，EAIT将其于Yate Enterprises Limited 的全部股权转让予唐女士及黄曦亭小姐，致使唐女士成为控股股东(于Yate Enterprises Limited的75.25%已发行股份中拥有权益)，并获委任为Yate Enterprises Limited的唯一董事。因此，于家族信托解散后，唐女士将继续直接于本公司 215万股已发行股份中拥有实益权益;继续透过Great Elite Corporation于本公司3406.8万股已发行股份中拥有权益;及根据证券及期货条例第XV部，被视为于New Huge Treasure Investments Limited持有的本公司1.8亿股已发行股份中拥有权益。
