　　招股书显示，BBSB INTL为一家于马来西亚拥有超过16年经验的土木工程承包商，专门为马来西亚政府或政府关联公司拥有或启动的大型交通基础建设工程作为承包商提供桥梁工程服务。于往绩记录期间，利用公司于马来西亚土木工程行业的声誉及经验，BBSB INTL将土木工程服务范围战略扩展至包括防洪工程。此扩展乃由于桥梁工程与防洪工程于规划、岩土工程、结构设计、施工方法及环保合规等方面有共同的工程程序而促成。
