WUS Printed Circuit Proposes to Set Up Subsidiary for $300 Million

WUS Printed Circuit (Kunshan) (SHE:002463) proposed to establish a subsidiary for $300 million to manage the construction of a high-density optoelectronic integrated printed circuit board (PCB) production base, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.
The planned subsidiary will have a registered capital of $100 million.
The production base is expected to produce approximately 1.3 million pieces of high-density optoelectronic integrated PCBs every year and earn an additional annual operating revenue of about 2 billion yuan.
The PCB manufacturer's shares rose over 1% during the morning trade.
