智通财经APP获悉，锂电池概念股集体回暖，截至发稿，赣锋锂业(01772)涨7.1%，报63.35港元；中创新航(03931)涨6.4%，报28.94港元；天齐锂业(09696)涨5.36%，报58港元；宁德时代(03750)涨1.28%，报491.4港元。
消息面上，国家财政部、国家税务总局联合发布光伏及电池产品出口退税政策调整公告，明确自2026年起电池产品出口退税率分阶段下调并最终取消。中信期货指出，市场迅速交易抢出口逻辑。政策变化强化了市场对短期需求前移、下游排产抬升的预期，虽加远期新能源与储能需求中长期逻辑未变，在消息刺激下，碳酸锂价格再度强势涨停。
据报道，电池企业在4月之前“抢出口”而增加电池排单。华泰证券认为，出口退税率的下调短期将推动电池2026年抢出口，加剧锂矿、六氟磷酸锂等环节的供需紧张，长期将推动国内落后产能出清，优化电池行业格局，利好海外产能布局企业。
