1月13日，东风集团股份午后拉升，现涨超7%，报9.15港元，成交额超3亿港元。
消息面上，东风集团股份午间发布公告称，就通过吸收合并方式将东风集团私有化建议；东风集团分派岚图股份建议及撤销东风集团上市地位建议一事，岚图将向联交所申请其岚图H股以介绍方式在联交所主板上市和交易，达成一项合并先决条件，为已获得国家发改委、商务部及国家外汇管理局的批准、备案或登记，以及与合并相关的其他适用政府批准。
另公司已获岚图股权持有人或股份持有人就分派及介绍上市取得所需的批准。于联合公告日期，一项合并先决条件尚未达成，为获得介绍上市所需的中国证监会国际合作司对介绍上市的备案、联交所对介绍上市的原则性批准及介绍上市所需的其他主管部门的批准。
