Champion Technology (HKG:0092) is looking to raise HK$34.9 million via a share offering, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.
The renewable energy company is seeking investors for 196.9 million shares priced at HK$0.177 apiece to raise funds for working capital.
The shares represent 20% of the company's issued share capital and 16.67% as enlarged by the sale.
