智通财经APP讯，JBB BUILDERS(01903)发布公告，本公司董事会留意到，本公司股份价格及成交量出现若干上升。经就本公司作出在情况下属合理的查询后，本公司正与潜在卖方(潜在卖方)就一项潜在收购进行讨论及磋商。本公司(作为买方)与潜在卖方(作为卖方)拟就收购某公司全部已发行股本订立潜在收购事项(潜在收购事项)。经向本公司作出有关查询后，董事会确认，其并不知悉本公司股份交易价格及成交量上升的任何理由，或为避免本公司证券出现虚假市场而须作出公告的任何资料，或根据上市规则第13.09(2)条及香港法例第571章证券及期货条例第XIVA部须予披露的任何内幕消息。
于本公告日期，潜在收购事项的条款及条件(包括价格)仍在磋商中，双方尚未签订任何最终协议。
