　　高盛去年最后三个月股票交易收入突破预期，创下43.1亿美元的华尔街史上最高纪录。

　　这一数字超越了该行2025年第二季度创下的银行历史最高纪录。该行周四在声明中表示，同时将股息提高至每股4.50美元。

　　在首席执行官David Solomon领导下，高盛优化了交易体系，扩大了投资银行业务份额。此前因涉足消费银行业务失败而陷入困境，David Solomon重新掌控局面并调整业务重心。

　　在摩根大通、美国银行、花旗集团和富国银行本周早些时候公布财报后，高盛和摩根士丹利成为最后两家发布第四季度业绩的美国大行。

　　高盛同时上调了资产与财富管理业务目标，该部门季度手续费收入创纪录。该公司表示，中期目标是将该部门税前利润率从25%左右提升至30%。

　　该行2025年净收入达583亿美元，创历史第二高纪录。若不计向摩根大通出售Apple Card业务带来的数十亿美元影响，收入本可刷新历史纪录。
