意大利倍耐力的两大股东中化集团和Camfin准备终止治理协议

路透米兰1月15日 - 两位知情人士表示，意大利轮胎制造商倍耐力(Pirelli)PIRC.MI 的两大主要股东——意大利Camfin与中国中化集团600500.SS——将允许双方的股东协议到期失效。此举将促使意大利政府再次介入倍耐力的公司治理。

双方决定不再续签协议之际，意大利政府正在评估如何限制中化集团对倍耐力的影响力，甚至将其变为被动股东的方案，以帮助倍耐力推进在美国市场的扩张计划。

中化集团是倍耐力的最大股东，持股 34.1%，而意大利商人Marco Tronchetti Provera旗下的Camfin公司持股 25.3%，并计划增持至 29.9%。

尽管受双方协议的约束，但两个主要股东多年来一直在倍耐力的公司治理问题上存在冲突。

Camfin和倍耐力抱怨称，由于美国加强了对中国汽车行业技术的限制，一家中国公司成为其主要股东对该集团在美国的扩张构成了障碍。
