据知情人士称，三菱电机将出售其汽车设备业务，并计划为该子公司公开招标。

　　知情人士表示，该公司将于1月26日前接收潜在买家的第一轮报价，潜在买家包括其他汽车零部件供应商以及私募股权基金。由于涉及内部计划，知情人士要求匿名。其中一位知情人士表示，此次资产剥离可能带来2000亿至3000亿日元（13亿至19亿美元）的利得。

　　汽车设备业务涵盖混合动力和电动汽车的逆变器和电机等产品，以及车载娱乐系统，这些领域都面临着激烈的成本竞争。全球电动汽车市场的放缓也加剧了该行业的盈利难度。
