在发现该事件后，集团立即采取行动查明情况及数据安全泄漏程度。集团已展开彻底调查，并将委聘一家网路安全顾问公司以(其中包括)评估未经授权访问及数据泄漏的程度;该事件的根本原因;以及全面审查集团系统及服务器的安全性。于本公告日期，上述调查仍在进行中，尚未能确定未经授权访问的程度;集团的任何其他数据或资讯是否有任何外泄;以及其泄漏的程度及内容(如有)。待调查完成后，集团会根据有关结果采取适当的进一步行动。
公告称，集团将全力配合网路安全顾问调查该事件。集团将继续加强资讯系统安全措施，致力保护其数据安全，以防日后发生同类事件。
