智通财经APP讯，第四范式(06682)发布公告，公司英文名称已由“Beijing Fourth Paradigm Technology Co., Ltd.”更改为“Phancy Group Co., Ltd.”，自2026年1月7日起生效。董事会已于2026年1月12日议决将公司的中文名称由“北京第四范式智能技术股份有限公司”更改为“范式智能技术集团股份有限公司”。建议更改公司的中文名称须经股东于公司即将举行的临时股东会上批准。香港公司注册处处长已于2026年1月7日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书，证明公司已变更其名称，现时的注册名称为北京第四范式智能技术股份有限公司(北京第四范式智能技术股份有限公司)又名为Phancy Group Co., Ltd.。此外，于联交所买卖的H股股份的英文简称将由“FOURTH PARADIGM”更改为“PHANCY”，及中文简称将由“第四范式”更改为“范式智能”，自2026年1月20日上午九时正起生效。于联交所上市的H股股份代号仍为“6682”。
