消息面上，1月14日，富力地产发布公称，公司目前正在全力做好日常经营管理工作，继续以市场化手段化解公司面临的风险困境，在此期间公司将继续与本期定向债务融资工具持有人保持沟通积极响应持有人相关诉求，并将积极通过多种途径努力筹措偿债资金，保障持有人权益，争取尽早达成持有人认可的处置方案。
在境外债务重组方面，已有约77%的计划债权人已同意或表示加入重组支持协议。境内公司债重组方面，已有一笔本金余额约16.8亿元人民币的债券通过重组方案。
截至本公告日期，境外重组仍在进行中，公司将适时刊发进一步公告，以通知本公司股东及其他投资者有关境外重组的任何大进展。
