MoneyMax Financial Services Proposes Transfer to Main Board of Singapore Exchange, Shares Up 4%

MoneyMax Financial Services (SGX:5WJ) has submitted an application to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading for a proposed transfer from the Catalist to the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The proposed transfer is aimed to enhance the company's corporate profile and visibility in front of institutional and international investors, the filing said.
The proposed transfer is subject to the satisfaction of listing requirements and shareholder approval.
Shares of the financial services provider were up over 4% in Thursday trading.
