0014 GMT - Bank of Queensland's new bull at Citi reckons that the Australian lender's management team is executing well on a targeted strategy to improve medium-term returns. Raising his recommendation to buy from neutral, analyst Thomas Strong raises his earnings forecasts on higher swap rates and term-deposit pricing. He likes the prioritization of capital allocation into business banking, as well as measures being taken to improve retail banking profitability.
