智通财经APP获悉，中国罕王(03788)开盘重挫后转涨，盘中涨超10%。截至发稿，涨8.47%，报4.61港元，成交额9350.34万港元。
消息面上，中国罕王公布战略调整，将集中人力及财务资源，全力支持Mt Bundy金矿项目发展投产，同时维持中国铁矿及高纯铁业务的稳定生产运营；公司作为黄金业务发展的平台，终止原拟进行的罕王黄金分拆上市计划。同时，为反映公司增加的黄金资源量及储量，以及成为中型黄金生产商的战略目标，拟将公司名称更改为“罕王黄金国际有限公司”。
此外，公司近期发布公告，随着Cygnet金矿项目的第一阶段预可行性研究完成以及 Mt Bundy金矿项目的最终可行性研究更新，经SRK中国的独立专家依据上市规则进行评估，合并矿石储量增加了53.1%，达到262万盎司，且JORC黄金资源量增至554万盎司。
