NTT DC REIT's Portfolio Occupancy Could Improve in 2H FY 2026 -- Market Talk

0713 GMT - NTT DC REIT's portfolio occupancy is poised to improve in the second half of the fiscal year, says UOB Kay Hian's Jonathan Koh in a note. The data center REIT's portfolio occupancy expanded by 0.8 percentage point on quarter as of last September, he notes. Occupancy could grow as much as 2.5 percentage points to 97.7% by 2H FY 2026, he says, citing scheduled ramp-up of net leased capacity by existing tenants and the addition of new tenants. Koh forecasts FY 2026 and FY 2027 distribution per unit at 5.4 U.S. cents and 8.0 U.S. cents, respectively. UOB Kay Hian starts coverage of NTT DC REIT with a buy rating and a US$1.42 target price.
