据《信息》周二援引两位直接知情人士的话报道，中国政府本周告诉一些科技公司，只有在特殊情况下，比如用于大学研究，才会批准它们购买英伟达NVDA.O的H200人工智能芯片。
此举表明，中国政府对向英伟达全面重新开放中国市场仍持谨慎态度，因为英伟达的半导体在运营最先进的人工智能应用和数据中心方面举足轻重。
报道称，中国政府发布了一项 "刻意模糊 "的指令，告诉一些科技公司只有在 "必要时 "才能购买芯片，但并不清楚这意味着什么。
