Generation Development Group Increases CEO Remuneration

Generation Development Group (ASX:GDG) increased Chief Executive Grant Hackett's fixed remuneration by AU$200,000 to AU$900,000, including superannuation, effective Jan. 1, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

Hackett will also be eligible for short-term incentives of up to AU$1.1 million, effective July 1, 2025, along with a performance rights grant worth at least AU$1.3 million, effective July 1, the filing said.

The changes recognize the company's increased scale and operational complexity, encompassing regulatory improvements, technology rationalization, and post-acquisition integration, per the filing.
