Shares of Critical Metals rallied the most in three months after the company's drilling program confirmed the presence of strategic metals across swaths of its Greenland mining site.

The stock climbed 34% to $18.13 in Wednesday afternoon trading on volume more than seven times the 52-week average. The shares are on pace for their biggest percentage gain since the stock soared 55% on Oct. 13. The stock has more than doubled in price in the past year.

The mining company said Wednesday its 2025 drilling campaign found consistent rare earth mineralization and evidence of strategic metals, including gallium and hafnium, across its Tanbreez asset, the company's rare earth deposit in southern Greenland. The campaign, focused on the fjord and upper fjord areas of the project, was designed to upgrade the site's mineral resource estimate and advance future mine planning studies.

Critical Metals said the results of the campaign reinforce Tanbreez's position as a globally significant peralkaline-hosted rare earth system.

"These results are expected to contribute additional mineralized tonnage to the existing Hill and Lower Fjord Deposits and further support the scale and continuity of the Tanbreez project," Chief Executive Officer Tony Sage said.
