金吾财讯 | 华泰证券表示，香港房地产市场保持复苏势头。住宅方面，11月房价延续同环比上涨，租金再创历史新高，且12月中原地产领先指标显示房价仍在温和上涨；12月私人住宅成交量同比升幅在低基数下大幅走阔，2025年累计新房成交量创二十年新高，二手房成交量创四年新高、但尚未超过2021年的小高峰。商业地产方面，1-11月零售业销货价值同比止跌回升，推动11月零售业租金环比降幅显著收窄。该机构继续看好香港市场占比高的港资房企的重估机遇，有望在香港地产复苏的β趋势下迎来戴维斯双击，同时高股息率也带来一定支撑。
