消息面上，近期，全球半导体产业在AI算力与存储需求的双重驱动下持续升温。东吴证券预测，国产半导体设备2026年将开启确定性较强的扩产周期，预计半导体设备全行业的订单增速将超过30%，甚至有望达到50%以上。这一判断为行业高景气度提供了明确预期。
财通证券发布研报称，ASMPT新增订单连续六个季度同比回升，AI服务器与国内需求共振带动SMT加速复苏，SEMI随HBM扩产进入新一轮上行周期。先进封装占比提升、SMT结构改善及费用优化带来毛利率与盈利拐点，2025-2027年业绩弹性充分。该行看好公司在中国市场份额提升。
